Perhaps our founding fathers did not have Muslims in mind when they wrote the First Amendment. Satanists are committed to lying if it helps advance one's cause. We do not roust them up for deportation or incarceration.

Unless we want to fore go the application of the First Amendment to all US citizens we will have to make a distinction between Muslims who intend to harm this nation and Muslims who get along under pluralistic rule of law. As a Christian I find myself supporting a government that essentially is legally blind to the moral implications of abortion. As such I have made an uncomfortable but necessary concession. Other Muslims most likely find themselves in a similar circumstance.

I think CitizenUSA is right in his concern for the legal and practical ramifications of arresting and/or deporting all Muslims. However, I believe it to be a healthy outlook which views the Muslim with distrust and loathing, much as one would view a cultist or Satanist.
