I disagree- I think such an incident is the equvilent of a terrorist act- the purpose is intimidate and frighten others like these girls from coming into "their" neighborhood. This is an act against society, as well as the girls themselves, and it should be punished as such.

I don't think there should be a category of hate crime either. But I sure don't think there should be one only for crimes committed by one kind of person, and all others are protected.

My main fear if we sit down and let this go on is that we will create a permanent criminal class. I feel the emperor might just be naked, and we'd better start telling people because the MSM will certainly not.
