Although it is debatable whether it would ever really matter that under the twelfth amendment the electors from Oklahoma would not be able to vote for J.C. as vice-president, in either case J.C. is now the chairman of J.C. Watts Companies and I believe lives just outside of D.C. in Virginia. Otherwise he could just change his residency a few months before the election like Dick Cheney did.
