The other night on CSPAN the serpenthead (James Carville) was addressing a group of 'rats about the 2008 election. He ran down a substantial list of possible nominees, both GOP and Rat, and gave a plausible analysis of the shape of the upcoming battlefield. Notable was the total absence of Kerry's name among even the darkhorse list of possible rat candidates. Carville talked about Vilsack, for gods sake but John Kerry was a nonperson. The 'rats...carrying on in the grand Stalinist tradition.

memo to Kerry--throw in the towel and go snowboarding, douchebag.
