Completely missed the real point of this announcement..Kerry is up for re-election to the Senate in 2008, and all the Dem members of the Mass Congressional delegation ( like Marty Meehan) have told him that they will not stand by and let him do a "Lieberman"..that is, run for the Senate AND the WH. So Kerry, if he wants to run again for president, will have to go "all in" and literally bet his Senate seat.. That's what he's trying to decide..
