I don't understand why these folks aren't being treated as we'd treat hooligans who shouted 'fire' in a crowded movie theater. What they did was dangerous, and most likely done with malicious intent. At a minimum they should face a jail term - and given that we are a nation at war, deportation is also in order.
Watch for the Aclu to show up and defend them.....
Exactly right...isn't it unlawful to "joke around" about hijacking in an airport?
I feel they are riding the wave of American Political Correctness to either test the waters, so to speak, or set the Airlines up to get security measures greatly reduced or eleminated.
This report is circulating in email tonight and is lengthy. "Pauline" deserves credit as does the crew of the US Airways flight that took these measures.
Any judge that takes the case and rules against US Airways deserves to be ridden out of town on a rail, after they are tarred and feathered. Maybe it's time some old fashioned Southern Justice (minus lynchings and killing, of course) came into play.
The strongest arm of the government is "We the People." It's time Politicians learned this fact, again.

THere will come a tipping point where we just can't take any more of this cheap provocation, which can be assessed for what it is by just about anyone who hasn't already blinded himself. There will be a MOVEMENT to deport, here and all over Europe---I don't know why is seems so much the most logical and humane solution to me, but seems like such a bitter pill to swallow for everyone else.
