Obama spoke today, and offered up - exactly what I predicted he would as his method of fighting AIDS on the African continent: Condoms and Microbicides. Microbicides are topical agents that are applied to condoms that will hopefully kill viruses and bacteria.

In other words, Barack Obama views the people of the African continent as smart enough to change their behavior so as to apply microbicides and condoms before engaging in otherwise risky intercourse, yet he doesn't believe that the people of the African continent are smart enough to be presented with the fact that it is the risky sexual behavior that is endangering their lives. Nor does he trust them enough to be able to decide for themselves that they would rather LIVE than have sex.

His sold out commitment to the idea - that it is more important to compel people to continually have sex, without stopping, all the time, no matter what - contradicts the ONLY MESSAGE that would infact save lives.

Could be part of the plan I thought might happen in 2004 - find a Dem with high positives to run for president and then put Hillary on the ticket as Vice President. After the convention, assassins take out the presidential nominee leaving "brave Hillary" to carry the banner to victory while a sympathetic media dare not ask her any tough questions out of respect for the deceased nominee. If the nominee was black, the media would surely portray this as racial hatred, ensuring black voters would rally around the Democrat nominee and come out in droves. Nobody will dig too deeply into the real assassin's connections to the Clintons who needed the sympathy vote to push Hillary over the top since she cannot win on her own merits. Yeah, crazy conspiracy talk I know, but highly plausable if Hillary stands down and lets Obama get the nomination.

OMG! I had the same thought but, mine was before the 2000 elections and sub Lieberman for Obambam and Jewish for black.
I assumed(wrongly, thank God)that Gore would win in 2000 and shortly after Smokin' Joe would buy 'it'. The media would be creaming their collective panties that a 'mouthing breathing redneck' who had been known to dislike blacks and Jews was arrested in connection.
(I'm not sure how this works)As the country mourned Loserman's demise, Manbearpig would offer the VP spot to, who else, Hitlery. She accepts. Give Bore about six months the Oval Office, then bam!!! This assassin is a known outspoken, true conservative. There you have it a guaranteed 12 to 20 year rule for the dims.

Obama may be using the language of faith, but he is not a religious person. His deity is the government, and his holy book is the massive tome of governmental rules and regulations, and his churches are the many governmental bureaucracies that torment us on a daily basis.
