This ruling was stupid, period. It will cost millions to change our currency just to accomodate the less than 1% of blind people out there. If blind people have a problem using currency then they should switch to debit cards.
you got a good point about debit cards. I know that we use actual cash a lot less now than in the past. WE mostly use debit cards and credit cards to buy just about everything. Even 7-11 and fast food places like McDonalds take credit or debit cards nowadays.
This judge is in an ivory tower, not considering the real world impact of the ruling.
