I remember several years ago someone posted a picture of some starlet getting out of a limo (on a musician site I frequent). You could see up her skirt and she was wearing no undies. It was pretty shocking at the time.

Right, thats mostly what they see of our culture, so one can understand thier disgust with the "west".
They may be right about a few things, however, and our decadence may be our undoing.
