The garrulous Sen. Ted Kennedy, D-Mass., made many "Bush lied" accusations: "There was no imminent threat"...Bush never said there was - in fact he said specifically that we did not want to wait until there was an "imminent threat" before we took action in Iraq - Teddy should get the water out of his ears so he could hear better......

"Some have said we must not act until the threat is imminent. Since when have terrorists and tyrants announced their intentions, politely putting us on notice before they strike?"

Teddy should get the water out of his ears so he could hear better...... It wasn't the "water" in his ears that was preventing him from hearing better. It was the alcohol in his system.
