WASHINGTON: Enough with The Joke, John Kerry says.
The Massachusetts senator and former Democratic presidential nominee said Wednesday night that it is time to move on from his botched attempt at humor before the Nov. 7 congressional elections.
Kerry had said people might get "stuck in Iraq" if they do not study hard and do their homework. He said he was trying to poke fun at President George W. Bush, but Bush and others accused him of criticizing the troops.
"This is getting silly," Kerry said on CNN's "Larry King Live." "The country needs to think about a policy that has young men and women at risk on a daily basis that is not working."

This headline made my day. Mr. Kerry your presidential aspirations are dead, dead, dead. These will follow you forever.

The Rats never let Dan Quayle forget his misspelling of "pototoe." Why should we ever forget Kerry's mistake in stating our boys in Iraq are intellectual losers? If he thinks he has any chance to win the presidential election in 2008, he is the joke.

Lurch is going down. He's polling badly. The only reason the Dims nominated him is they thought he looked electable in comparison to Dean after the Scream. His botched 2004 campaign put paid to that marker. The only thing that keeps him going is his belief the Dims view him as the head of their party. And people call Bush dumb.

Kerry's thoughts about Iraq are like his own life: cut and run. He got out of Viet Nam by joining the Navy because he thought such a branch of service would keep him out of Viet Nam. He even became an officer because that would allow him to serve in first class.
When he was assigned to the Deck Division, in charge of the Boatswain's Mates, that was a "no go" tour of duty. Time for Swift Boat duty. Lots of pot smoking on those Swift Boats. You can wear your hair hippy fashion too!
Then, when he got married to his first wife, Julia Thorne, worth about $300 million, that was "Cut and Run."

John Kerry is a joke. The only good thing he knows he is on the way out so he will say anything. But, we know how smart he really is. Ask our Hero's.

He's right--we should move on from his "botched joke" to his bottom-rung status in the Likability Poll.
