The easiest way to get a Senator out is to get the members to expel him. It's possible, but only if he really makes sure he has no friends left among Democrats. Even though a Dem would replace him right now, they don't want a short-lived incumbent in 2012.
I agree, he'd never be impeached...I wonder if Virginia has a process to 'recall' him?
