it sure sounds like Webb was setting up Bush ahead of time knowing he would have a juicy story of how he was a tough guy and stood the President down
bang he had the story out in no time
if he detested Bush so much that he wouldn't greet the Presidential host then he should have come to the party but then there would have been no story of Webb standing tall to Bush
Webb reported it to the press, himself. He's proud of his thuggish behavior, like I said, it typifies his supporters.
