So this guy who calls himself a Christian theologian is preaching that fellow Christians need to abandon their faith in the divinity of Jesus Christ so as not to offend Muslims.

Interesting. I wonder if he would also counsel all those who just plain believe in God to abandon that bit of faith as well so as not to offend atheists. I don't think so, since there is currently no movement among overzealous atheists worldwide to strap bombs to themselves and blow up random civilians. Even speaking as a person who holds no religious faith, myself, I'm appalled at this person's blatant lack of respect for the sincere religious beliefs of others.

I would label this as just plain COWARDICE on his part and I think that he would benefit from going back to read the accounts as told in all four gospels of when Peter three times falsely denied knowing Jesus when confronted by an angry crowd.

Basically, any organization with "interfaith" in its name or as a goal is put together to deny the Trinity, and salvation through Christ. Also, it's just the christian faith that is muzzled in interfaith gatherings.

It is COWARDICE and also the dumbing-down of the universalist spirituality; that it doesn't matter if you worship Jesus, Mohammed or a quartz crystal.
