True. Altho it's a little depressing to watch, however we can still sell our S. FL house for more than we paid for it almost 3 years ago.

Credit Bubbles end on 10 year lows. If you look at the credit expansion it really kicks into gear in 1995. Going back to 1995 valuations is not improbable, imo.
The prices have fallen quite a bit here on the west coast of Fl. We would have put our home up for sale but my hubby fell & shattered his shoulder & broke both bones in his wrist in May. So now we are stuck trying to get him fixed before we can put our home up for sale. Noting is selling right now thou so maybe it will be ok.
