Most americans, when they give to charity, can feel the hurt of that in their lives. They actually go without and sacrifice when they give to charities.
These rich people can give and give and give and they STILL GET TO TRAVEL AND LOUNGE AROUND POOLS AND SHOP ON RODEO DRIVE AND DRIVE THE BEST CARS AVAILABLE AND LAVISH THEMSELVES WITH MASSAGES AND SPA VISITS.
I was just thinking the same thing. While it may be true that certain people (like Jolie and Bono) do give millions to charities, those people still are financially capable of living extravagantly compared to the average citizen, and do. It's great that they are able and willing to give but they cross the line when they complain that others (including the gov't) don't give enough. Everyone else doesn't make $20 million dollars for making a movie.
