And you KNOW there are some "mary mcarthy's" in Justice.
They DO request that horrible leak of plame's name be investigated, yet when Sandy Burgler gets busted and admits sneaking and stealing documents from the National Archives, shredding some and replacing others (during the 9/11 commission).... he gets a puny fine, and temporary suspension of access (until 2008).

BTW, could you imagine these leaks coming out of the Clinton White House without consequences?
