CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Homicide detectives are turning over evidence in a deadly west Charlotte shooting to the district attorney to determine whether charges will be filed.
Police say a Checker Cab driver shot and killed a man who robbed him just before 3 a.m. Wednesday on Columbus Circle.
