(((Hugs)))Thank you, Allegra..I finally have my kitty at home with me..I was at my daughter's when Silky arrived in her yard starving, scared and mite and worm infested..She had a face like a possum. I was still grieving the loss of my kitty,Purty, and Silky was designated mine..
We then took in 5 abandoned kittens and loved the way Silky watched over them..I have had no car and no kitty since June when I came back to my house and stayed..I was so busy scrubbing, cleaning, pruning and getting my long closed up house in order that I didn't mind for awhile..I missed the kitties most. They brought my car and left Silky on Thanksgiving.Woo Hoo!
Stay safe, Allegra.
I'm so glad you're reunited with your fur-baby. They fill up the empty spaces in a house, don't they? What a great Thanksgiving present. Sandpaper kisses, purring, whiskers tickling yur neck...
My Finbar came to me as a young, ear-mite-ridden stray when I was grieving for my 19-year-old Larla who had passed away a couple of months before. He came into my house, took over, made me laugh all the time, gave Dulcie a lot of exercise and he had me at "meow."
I miss them. I'll see those babies in January.
((((Glad You & Silky are reunited!!))))
Nice that you have Silky back. :)
Oh, and the car too.
