I posted this just after getting home from work and spent some quality time with my wife, reaffirming that women talk 3:1 to men. This verifying today's announcement from CA.
Anyway, I hear what you are saying, but, we live in a different world today than what has been practiced in the past. He does have the right to choose what he does or does not put his hand on in the swearing in. That thinking is like the six muzzies at U.S. Air last week praying at the gate....let 'em do it, we have much bigger fish to fry. Not a big deal, their just a pray'n.
Can you imagine this country electing a Japanese after Pearl Harbor? This country has erased 9/11 from their minds.
These our the idiot's that have changed the leadership in Congress.
Please G-d, keep blessing us in spite of the moron's...

Yup. The issue is NOT what book, if any, he puts his hand on. The issue is whether he fulfills the oath or affirmation the Constitution requires him to make - to support the Constitution.
That's it.
