Sounds like a good compromise to me. And why did this idiot judge decide to do this NOW? How about five or so years ago BEFORE the design and printing of the new bills! I wonder how many millions were spent in the redesign of the paper denominations? It's not like the idea of blind-friendly currency is a new idea.
