As I understand the Act it is not evil or bad. All it requires is reasonable accommodation for disabled people in everyday life. I certainly don't like the government mandating all private behavior. But our accommodation of disabled helps make us fundamentally different from other cultures and countries.

As I understand the Act it is not evil or bad. Funny, but I don't find the authority for this anywhere in the Enumerated Powers in my copy of the U.S. Constitution.
