How can an omnibenevolent and omnipotent God allow a baby to be microwaved to death? What's the point of having a God if it can't stop something like that or it chooses not to? Holy sh!t.

God doesn`t allow it, the Devil does, and God does as much as He can everyday to stop him. Sort of like Conservatives doing everything they can to make sure the evil of fanatical Islam is stopped, but the Devil has invented liberals.

"What's the point of having a God if it can't stop something like that or it chooses not to?"Free will + fallen nature = suffering
It was not God Who put evil into the world. We brought it in through our disobedience.
God is not a sugar daddy or the good fairy or santa claus. He permits us to choose between obedience and disobedience, between good and evil. Otherwise, we'd be nothing but puppets with no personal responsibility for anything we did. What would be the "point" of that?
