Well, he's still a vile little looney-tune, tinpot dictator with a horrid habit of oppressing his people. However, he seems to have completely lost interest in exporting dictatorship or sponsoring international (islamic, communist) terrorism. I guess a few visits by the USAF and USN will do that to ya. The chicks with guns are one of his better aspects.
