Illegals flock to my home state (Maryland) because it is so easy to get drivers licenses. You should see the way they drive around the city -- no regard to traffic lights, speeding, one way streets, etc. It's really unbelievable.

On Thanksgiving nite a marine on leave and his date were killed when an illegal slammed into their car at a stoplight. The guy had four times the legal limit and he had been cited just months earlier for drunk driving and had refused a breathalyzer test. Still, the guy held onto his license and then went out and killed two people only 5 miles from the original citation. The bigger question is, why was this guy able to obtain a driver's license to begin with????
