If I still could I'd still be working 12 hour days. At age 37 12 years ago I retired on medical disability. The fact I can focus on issues one at a time pin point has saved my life with a diagnoses the doctors couldn't find so they stopped giving me poison to my body and once for my wife as well when they nearly killed her not understand a adverse medication reaction much like giving someone LSD.
I joined the Navy in 76 with single eye vision that I hid and they did not detect in my physical. I made NCO within 2.5 years and got out at the end of 4. I joined a Army National Guard unit and again passed the physical. After that I passed a D.O.T. physical and drove an 18 wheeler a while. Then I went back to my vocation and did ok till 1994. It caught up with me in a few months time. I'm technically one eye functional and partially deaf now. But I get by :>} I also have the skills of an LPN and use them daily.
Wow. Congratulations on a life well lived, and thank you for your service to this great country!
