Nah......an individual security person or two might not like it (and the Ambassador who wanted attention), but the State Department doesn't tell American citizens to leave countries because they're bugged by the extra work.
This is media exaggeration an least........complete fabrication at worst. That's just my take on it.

I can tell you that professional tennis players for Argentina move their families from there. Kidnappings for ransom, etc are rampant and there is little the government and police can do about it.
David Nalbandian had problems and I think he had to sneak his family out, other professional athletes have had problems too. It is foolish, imo, for the twins to be doing this. There are certain times in life when commons sense and discretion need to be applied.
