Three quarters of the FReepers seem to think that if Bush or the Republican Party wants it then it can only be for the good of America.

I, too, am getting more hopeful this can be stopped. The public HATES amnesty. And lot of blue dog Dhimmis in the House could face election losses in 2 years if they pass amnesty -- not to mention some liberals. Plus, maybe some of the new blue dog Senators, like Webb, will speak against this nonsense. I guess we'll have to wait and see.
