Many blacks can't have a decent career because they don't get any free training from the military.
We need a selective draft to achieve Charles goal. We need to have a special draft for offspring(kids and grandkids of federal officials, Kids attending Ivy League and Higly Selective private schools, Kids of registered lobbyists..etc. That would probably solve the labor shortage in Canada.
