Millions of Aztecs worshipped a bloodthirsty set of gods in their religion as well. Should we have let that one live and let live?

Or how about the Thugee cults in India which were known locally as the Stranglers? Should we have let them alone?

Which hatred distresses you? Muslim hatred and intolerance of Christians? Muslim hatred and intolerance of Hindus? Muslim hatred and intolerance of ordinary infidels?

It can't be Muslim hatred and intolerance of Jews, even though that particular brand of hatred is extreme. There aren't a billion Jews.

And of those billion followers, how many live in countries where any other religion is banned or wiped out ? And, how many are children who are not capable of choice ?
