This is in NO WAY meant as a criticism of anyone on this thread..but...

Have you guys noticed....that very, very rarely do we have comments from any Sunday Talk show except perhaps Fox and MTP?? Even those are getting fewer and fewer.

I am not usually able to watch the shows...and always get here late...but I read the whole thread.

Stephy's show, CNN with Wolfie and especially, Face The Nation is NEVER mentioned.

I think that when we were talking about getting a message to the public about the MSM...there is an example.

WE on this thread are talk show junkies or we wouldn't be here...and yet ever WE don't watch or discuss the PAP that they are dishing out.

I know the MSM doesn't care....but, with Americans hearing only 5-10 different voices, week after week, they are going to truly believe that THESE are our representatives..and they DO speak for the majority.

So...was the election on Nov. 7th telling US, we are wrong and America really does want these buffoons as the leaders of our country....or, were these people forced down American's throats AS the leaders, and American's bought into it?

Good point! I'll confess, I usually don't watch the shows anymore, because I'm too busy following the thread. I hope that those who did will chime in and tell us what they heard!

I actually count on the thread rather than watching the shows.  FTN is on during the second half of MTP here, and the first half of ABCTW is on during the second half of FNS, while CNNLE is completely blocked out by MTP and FNS.  I usually put on MTP and listen (half heartedly) while I read the thread, then switch over to FNS.  Most often during the football season I skip the second half of ABCTW as it's always the same crap from Will and company.  BORING!

I do, however, agree that we're not getting the coverage of the other shows to the same extent.  We had talked about posting the transcripts as their own thread, but it looks like there are copyright restrictions on doing that.  But as they get posted we ought to post the links to the transcripts or podcast/downloadable MP3, etc., of the shows.

Good thought..the problem is...everyone (voters) are
influenced by their peers primarily, and their voting
is not taken seriously...easily influecned..that is why
the attack ads are what they are...it is assumed that
you and I are negative from the get-go..hence the ads
get the conversateion going....at work, at play, at the
watering hole...so nothing positive makes an in-road..
Reagan and his cheerful atitude confounded the MSP and
no one has been able to emulate his optimism...and
then the cycle started again...we need positive people
and positive programs to recoup...Jake
