well, the news isn't good. The cancer has spread to her other lung and surgery if definately not an option. Standard chemo and radiation is the only course, no clinical trials of any type for lung cancer currently offer any hope, they give Donna 15-18 months tops. We arent giving up, but it is harder to put one foot forward today.

I'm sure that this time must be so difficult for your wife and yourself and words are so little comfort.. but putting one foot in front of another is what you must keep doing, though very hard, it will keep you from total despair. Please do that for yourself and all concerned, and try to keep in mind that no one knows the future, doctors included, good things can still happen and often do.
Try to lean on God, abandon yourself to His care.. prayer can help in many unforeseen ways..
Dear Lord please keep them in Your Grace and Mercy, comfort them that they know Your peace. God Bless.
