Ohms... I was wondering about that. An ohm is a resistance measurement. Maybe they mean ohmmeter? Or resistors?

You would need a volt/ohmmeter to build a bomb. You would need to make sure you didn’t have any voltage in the circuit you were building so you wouldn’t blow your little terrorist buddies up.
