Glaringly, you call this a frivolous suit. The fact that there was a judgement indicates otherwise. I don't need to read any farther, you already sunk your boat. O.J. Simpson's criminal defense lawyers, a thousand slip-and-fall artists, and the lady who sued McDonald's after she spilled hot coffee on herself while driving think you're a hell of a guy, though.

Oh yes, those supid jurors don't know what they are doing.
I will say that it is likely that Barnett did lose this because, partly, the jurors noticed his bellicosity.
