As someone smarter than me wrote or said recently, the difference between the Viet Cong and the terrorists is that the Viet Cong didn't follow us home. The stakes in the war on terro are too damned high, and surrender or "peace with honor" are not options. Well, peace with honor is once we've totally crushed islamonaziism.
I do think too that there are way too many people, not only on FR, who think there is some good in the so called moderate democraps that just got elected. They are democrats.
That is why our troops are most need on our border and to deport the illegal aliens. Our greatest danger comes from within. While the enemy is infiltrating this country, our troops are in Iraq.
Some Americans are questioning why we remain in Iraq since Saddam is no longer in power, WMD turned out to be a lie, we suffer huge number of deaths, and we are failing to protect our own borders.
