Oops...sorry...I read it, and said a quick prayer of thanksgiving, but I made the assumption others would comment.
It's good to hear that he is up and walking and has only lost hearing in one ear. Hopefully, that damage isn't permanent.
Hehehehe
*Hugs back*
Hi, everyone just checking in before I head off to the land of pots and pans! We've been at my in-laws for a 2nd Thanksgiving dinner and then a nap before work. I'll try to check in after I get back home.
My daughter is the cat rescue Queen. She has more she is feeding in garage..LOL..Silky was designated mine when she was finally coaxed into my daughter'a house, then a carrier to take her to the vet...I did not have my car when I came home to my house in June and did not know I would stay so long without a kitty..She and the neighborhood calico have had a cat fight through the glass door already. She has claimed this as her territory.
Silky has slept on my guest room bed and my bed now..been "groomed" three times..had a lot of baby talk and cuddles..I will give her another from you, Jack.
My daughter asked how far away you lived, LUV..She has one with your name on it in her yard!(Your husband is safe..she lives near Houston!)My son in law said 8 Is Enough!!
I just noticed I did not celebrate my car's return..just getting the kitty!
Thinking of your aching back and sore feet from the Christmas rush, LUV. (((HUGS)))
Thanks for checking in, hope your evening at work goes smoothly!
I did see it, I forgot to say something. (I'm posting from work)
Thank you for the update on Jeremy.

Oh no! Why is it that the light work when we put them away & mysteriously one year later they don't work! lol
I just got back fron the Michaels store & found some really cool new flashing snowflake lights....can you imagine big T's excitment! Hee Hee!
I may just get them all up today if I can keep him away from footbal for a bit!:)
Poor Mikey....he looks so challenged for attention! NOT!;)
Great Grandma has such an expression of love on her face looking at him....just melts my heart!
OMGosh.....Bitty is soooo precious! I could just give her a squeeze!
She only looks to be about twice as big as bear.:)
Well, we were told he's walking around. I don't know
what definition of "walking" was meant, as he did have
a broken leg. I would think he's on crutches, but don't
know for certain. He has partial hearing loss in one of
his ears, it's not known if it's permanent or not. the one
thing that's been really confusing is where he's going.
This time we were told he should be coming home
(home state) in a couple weeks (sometime next month).
Before that we were told he might actually go back &
he was kind of freaked out about that.
For all I know, plans could change again.
I always have this problem with these lights - I can only string together two strands on one extension cord. Put three together, and the fuses blow.
I'm thinking seriously of getting all new lights for the house this year - shoot, new house, new lights. Doesn't that make sense?
Mash the play button and turn it up
Thanks. I wondered if I should write "update"
louder next time. I didn't know who to address
it to. I figured it got lost in all the music.
Thanks. I do like the Everly Brothers. :-)
