Every flatfoot would think of who benefited from the murder. That's not Pootin for sure. He could off Litvinenko anytime after 2000 not now.

For starters, why Litvinenko is called "a spy" when he was no spy? He neither spied for Russia, nor he spied for Britain.

Putin benefits. It's a clear message to dissident troublemakers that they can be killed anytime, anywhere.

The Soviets used to send this message all the time.
