LOL Thanks, but I have some already, my Mom makes it. I have the recipe, want some? Its ummmmmm a 6th generation old English one, been handed down from mother to daughter for at least that long. Its actually DAMN good, It has rum Raisins in it. Yeah! Really it does!

Maybe I have a solution for the IEDs. Plant prickly pear cactus spores along all the roadsides the next time it rains. They get water from the air or ground or condensation. And the needles are 2" long and are sharper than hypos. The raggies will blow themselves up when they drop their bomb after they sit on them to dig a hole.
