If Giuliani is the nominee, it won't be a close election. Particularly not where it counts. He will rack up electoral votes.

I'm not pro-Giuliani, I'm concerned about his positions on abortion and guns as much as anybody, but those who are against him need to stop insulting our intelligence by saying he's a poor general election candidate. He's not.
He might not win, that's always a possibility. He might not be the best person to nominate even if he wins the general in a landslide, that's debatable. But it makes them look like (they usually are) wishful thinking idiots when they consistently try to say he's a weak general election candidate.
