Dry run? Testing the airlines to gage the reaction?
This does NOT sound "innocent" by any stretch of imagination.

First lesson.......NEVER, EVER pray and chant to Allah on a flight anymore.

Let's just hope the backlash doesn't prevent other airlines from doing the same thing in similar situations.

PING -- an interesting article with a lot of detail and how CAIR is trying to use this to thwart our War on Terror.
"CAIR wants congressional hearings to investigate other incidents of "flying while Muslim." Incoming Judiciary Chairman John Conyers, D-Mich., has already drafted a resolution, borrowing from CAIR rhetoric, that gives Muslims special civil-rights protections."
Maybe THAT was the whole objective of this exercise -- to give grounds for a suit, so that airlines won't remove the REAL terrorists, when they are about to implement an attack. This is not tinfoil stuff anymore.
PS. Those who stayed home in the November election can be happy now.
To: CaliPhant
See my post 4 -- our fine new Dem Congress is already working on preventing airlines from removing terrorists.
To: FairOpinion
It is suspicious to me that these and other Muslims have not expressed understanding of why they were asked to leave the plane.

They are pushing against the envelope of tolerance.
My tolerance ran dry on 9-11-01.
I still have NONE.

Made anti-American statements.
They are just saying, "We're here and, we're in your face!" I get a feeling we're about see a lot of this, Muslims in small groups going around being a nuisance, exercising First Amendment rights. There's probably nothing we can do about it.

Just convert from Islam. No problem. It's the religion of peace. They'll understand.
On a more serious note, I hope I'm wrong, but as I see it today an all out and overt battle to maintain freedom in the face of Muslim hegemony is inevitable. Just like when Joan Baez said that if the Soviets invaded she would meet them at the shore with flowers, reality is independent of the head in the sand mentality of the left.
To: FairOpinion
IMO, it was a "dry run".
The only boycott risk is from muslims.
But muslims won't boycott the airine. They want US patriots to boycott.
They want advocates. They want to see who agrees with them.
This is a test, it is only a test.
Will we pas this test?
To: FairOpinion
The airlines did just what they had to. Too bad for these Muslims. If they want to fly they need to understand we won't take the anti-American statements, bad manners or them praying out loud. I am not in the least against praying but you can honer your God or their Allah in a quiet respectful manner. If they had cooperated then maybe they wouldn't have been removed. If they don't like to be profiled too bad, they are the ones who made it this way by 9/11. Are we to be scared to protect ourselves because some are offended? If so then we have a big problem. I would rather they profile ANY person who acts in a strange manner, Muslim, American or other then have a plane explode. Or be used as they were on 9/11.

And your point is? You don't think people should consider the consequences, very dire consequences, of their petulant and stupid actions? Or are YOU really happy that the Dems got into power and can't wait to destroy the country, literally, not just figuratively.
To: FairOpinion
CAIR has taken the ball from the ACLU and run with it.
The ACLU takes the ball from CAIR and runs with it.
John Conyers takes the ball from both.

Dry run? Testing the airlines to gage the reaction? Another, to my mind very real, possibility is that they were purposefully behaving provocatively, either for the "fun" of agitating the infidels, or because they wanted to provoke a reaction (as being expelled from the flight) that could be "milked" for publicity value and advancing victimization status.
