Lindsey Graham needs to retire or be retired. South Carolina deserves far better. They have far better in Governor Sanford. If Sanford doesn't want to be part of a 2008 presidential ticket, he needs to replace Lindsey Graham in the senate and bring the same fiscal common sense to Washington he has so ably executed in Columbia.

Graham would not be half-bad if he came from a swing state. McCain wouldn't even be half-bad if he represented Massachusetts. But they both represent states which deserve far better.

You're right about Mark Sanford, but we need him in the Gov's Office. Personally,I'd like to see Congressman Gresham Barrett replace candya$$ in the Senate.
