Nah, it was just satire. Didn't you hear Richards bring up Katrina and the innuendo about Bush? I wasn't blaming Bush, but he was sure trying to, to gain sympathy.

No, you missed the actual apology from Richards. It was incoherent, but there was a part where he was talking about the devastation of Hurrican Katrina and Bush's response.
