I never understood JFK was he to the right or the left or the center?

Basically to the right. Huge tax cut. Cold warrior. The leftist dogma that he would have withdrawn from Vietnam is pure fantasy.

RFK was the real scumbag. A committed commie and dangerous statist. It figures that the assclown O'Reilly worships him.

I often wonder if O'Reilly's sniffed one too many loofas.

JFK may look like a right-winger when compared to Howard Dean, Charles Rangel, James Webb, and the rest of the loony leftists who run today's Democratic Party, but in the early 1960's, he was considered well to the left of center.

RFK went a long way toward stimulating my interest in politics. In 1968, I was so scared as to what he might do if he were president that I began informing myself about political affairs, speaking out, and eventually getting involved.
