Three Corn Casserole (to die for!!)
Preheat 350, use 8 x 8 for single recipe (13 x 9 for double)
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 can kernel corn
1 can creamed corn
1 egg
1 stick softened butter
small container sour cream
Dump it all in bowl & stir until combined. Pour in Pam-sprayed pan. Cook for 30 minutes or until edges all around are brown.
Makes awesome side dish for casual or formal dinner!
