If anyone is interested below is the link for US Airways customer relations messages. I thanked them for placing passenger safety above political correctness:

Ditto.
Thank you for dealing with the imams in a proactive manner. Their actions were meant to intimidate, and they were treated as they deserve. PLEASE do not cave -apologize, offer "sensitivity training" , etc. Look at the laws under which nonmoslems must live in moslem countries : that is what they are after here, in Canada , and in Europe. To back down will encourage them.
Thanks a bunch for the link to customer relations. I submitted the form and so did my husband. It is important that we let US Airways know that we support them.
These Muslim extremists have been on the news all day today here in Phoenix, telling their ridiculous "woe-is-me" tale, including the "blind" Imam crap, and I'm sick of it. Thanks to the police report, it looks like Omar has been exposed as a lying quasi-terrorist.
Here's the number of CAIR-AZ is anyone wants to leave them a little message - 602-262-2247.

I did the same.
Dear Valued Customer:
Thank you for taking the time to contact Customer Relations at US Airways. Your comments and perception of US Airways are very important to us.
We are aware of the situation involving six customers on US Airways Flight 300 from Minneapolis to Phoenix on the evening of November 20th, and are diligently conducting our own investigation. We are debriefing crewmembers and ground personnel as well as working with local law enforcement. We will cooperate fully with all of the appropriate law enforcement officials to determine the facts surrounding this incident.
We are always concerned when passengers are inconvenienced and especially concerned when a situation occurs which causes customers to feel their dignity was compromised. We do not tolerate discrimination of any kind and will continue to exhaust our internal investigation until we know the facts of this case and can provide answers for the employees and customers involved.
Thank you for sharing your comments and allowing us the opportunity to explain our position.
Sincerely,
M. Bartlett

IMO, you CANNOT "discriminate" against people whose "religion" tells them they are entitled to enslave, mutilate , or kill to force conversions. In that situation, discrimination is just another word for survival.
I hope I'm wrong, but I think I can smell an official apology and mandatory "sensitivity training" a-comin'.
