Yes, that is one of the third world toilets, I was there a few months ago.
No way the SS can compete with the 'street' smarts of those maggots, they are tops.
But of course, a lot of those people would love to move here, and some do!

Wow, I had the complete opposite impression of Buenos Aires when I was there. I thought it was a wonderful place except for the driving. I didn't think the beggars and such were any worse there than in large American cities.

And unlike where many of our hispanic "guests" come from Argentinians can speak English. I felt like my education was wasted when 7 year old kids could speak outstanding English to me and I couldn't speak a word of Spanish to them.

I hope to go back to Argentina some time.

Sucks that this will be some people's only impression of the country.

I hope they don't get the bright idea to go to Sao Paulo either. Nordeste Brasil is safer around Bahia on the beach. They're probably in SA because it's summer there.
