Ah dane, there you go again. Mocking legitimate conservatives who have demonstrated more conservatism exists in their fingernail than in your entire body.
Any of these choices would be better than the Pseudocrats whose names have been floated to date.
I am beginning to conclude that the GOP has taken a walk on conservatives; I'm leaning toward the Consitution Party. I will throw my vote away before I vote for McCain or Rudy.
If it was a referendum on Iraq then what makes anyone think that immigration is THE issue for 2008? (groan). I foresee many years op Democrat majorities while conservatives gnaw on their tails.
Btw, three of Tancredo's biggest supporters are Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity and Mark Levin. Not to mention at least three out of four Freepers too boot.
Well said.
Tancredo's biggest supports did not lose. Tancredo's biggest fans seem to be Brian Bilbray and Jean Schmidt, Schmidt so much that she claimed she had Tancredo's endorsement in an ad, and Tancredo asked her to stop.
Gilchrist will probably be the Constitution party candidate. Tancredo, if Wayne Allard doesn't retire, will most likely run for president. Looks like some good candidates will be available. Tancredo and Hunter probably won't win the nomination, but Gilchrist give CONSERVATIVES an alternative should the GOP put up a McCain/Giuliani/Hagel type.
And Tancredo himself won. And how do you know those are his three biggest supporters? Stop lying Dane, if you can.

"The election has had mixed results for immigration reform patriots. The good news is that we got a few great new legislators like Michele Bachman and Doug Lamborn. Pro Borders ballot measures in Arizona and Colorado were passed when the issue went straight to the voters.
There was also bad news in this election. Some of our strongest leaders in the House like John Hostettler and J.D. Hayworth were defeated. Some fresh faces who we hoped to see in Congress like Randy Graf and Vernon Robinson lost. However, we must remember that these people only lost because their opponents tried to sound like Tom Tancredo, even though they wont vote like him."
Yeah we know Dobbs is a clown and that you have a hair up your butt for Hayworth and Tancredo. But the fact is, if you refuse to face the issues, me and about 20 million of my closest friends are going to grab you and your ilk by your collars and send you all packing out of the big tent.
Duncan Hunter would make a fabulous president. A real conservative!

Hey Dane, Why don't you start a OBL, pro-illegal ping list? Then you'll see how many support your misguided opinions.
Is this article about the 2008 dogcatcher elections?
LOL all you wish.
The major parties are going to have to find better candidates than the current batch of pointless partisans if they wish to really capture the passion of Americans.............
This guy is apparently looney as they get. Bush, Rove, McCain, Pence are "left-wingers"? bawhawhawhaw
Apparently he believes 1% of the country is conservative. If so, they can be as safely ignored as their Leftist equivalents, the Dummies, can be by the Democrat party.
However, most conservatives realize they must draw as much of the other 99% to their positions as possible and that is not possible with an Echo Chamber of "yeah, yeah, yeah" but can only come by convincing those who say "no,no,no" sometimes.
This idiot cannot even recognize friend from foe.
Maybe we lost some seats because the Bush RNC engineered the losses. Anything to advance the amnesty agenda.
