She has a chip on her shoulder. Whenever I give some of my male residents perineal care at night, I get serenaded with old love songs. I get comments about my hair, my color, etc. She obviously has never dealt with people.

Our practice just made a dress code change. No more scrubs, unless you are on Cath Lab, or Special Procedures duty. Business casual for every thing else, and lab coats for all clinical duty. Is a good thing I think. Much more professional.
We have some female physicians and most dress very professionally. There is one young new doctor that wears tight slacks and usually a modest blouse. She is a very pretty lady, and a good doctor. I think that the reason for the lab coat rule might have had something to do with her slacks. Her walking away is a thing of beauty, believe you me.
