Bay Point (locally known as "Gun Point") is the ghetto now - lot of blacks moved there from Oakland and Richmond, and the gang violence came with them.
As a kid I remeber Capwells/Broadway plaza as more of Senior citizen and upscale shopping zone.
Things must have changed.
Oh yeah Friday night cruising strip in the old dayz.
Didn't Antioch School Dist. contract to have the thug kids from Richmond and Oakland bussed in to make more $$$$$$$$$ for the system?
