That's because it is a fact. I have watched several Chris Rock specials and he uses the word all the time. Many Rap stars use the word in their songs and speech and they defend it as being part of the culture and in some respects a term of endearment. Robert Byrd appeared in a 60 miniutes interview and talked about white niggers. He is still in the Senate and no one, including the Black caucus is asking him to step down.
I have never been called a "nigger" by a fellow black person. NEVER!!! Not ONCE in my 33 years of life. It is unacceptable. If I hear a black rapper or comic use that term, I cringe in disgust.
You must cringe a lot, because the word is used often publically. Where is the disgust of the NAACP and so-called black leaders about the use of the N-word by black entertainers? I only hear laughter at these shows. No one walks out.
